Justine Ngulube is OSISA’s Program Officer for Early Childhood Development in the Education Programme. In this role he serves as the primary contact for programming, grant making and NGO development focused on sustaining Early Childhood Development and Education (ECDE). He works in collaboration with the Early Childhood Program of the Open Society Foundation devising practical and effective policy and programing interventions such as inclusion and social justice in ECDE.
Justine holds a Diploma in ECDE obtained from Mindolo Ecumenical Foundation in Zambia, a bachelor’s degree in ECD from Queen Maud University College in Norway and a Master of Science in Pedagogics from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
He has a keen interest in understanding integration and intersectoral collaboration mechanisms in ECDE. A champion of child rights, their agency and participation, he seeks to ensure inclusion of marginalised children (particularly those with disabilities) and children in vulnerable situations.
