Cynthia Ngwalo-Lungu is a Programme Manager – Equitable Access to Health within the Economic and Social Justice Cluster. Cynthia has over 10 years experience working in development projects focusing on OVC’s, health, education, governance, HIV and AIDS, gender and Resilient Livelihoods. Through such a rich experience she has developed technical skills and competencies in advocacy, project planning, implementation, review, monitoring and evaluation, facilitating social change at project and community level, financial management and staff management. She was previously a Programme Manager for Child Marriages and SRHR at HIVOS. Programme Manager for Essential Services(HIV and AIDS) at OXFAM and Programme Manager (Health and Gender) at Christian AID. She holds Masters degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor of Arts Humanities.
